Present in more than 45 countries around the world, New Rainbow brings Fly Dining to India for business opportunists. Fly Dining is a unique product as in experience and as a communication tool. Appetizers, lunches, dinners, games, events, entertainment, press conferences, tables round, road show, talk show … anything imagine around a table, you can do it “in the sky” suspended 50 meters from the ground! Fly Dining is a structure supported by one crane, which houses 22 people around the table and one staff of 4 people at its center.

Seating arrangements

A maximum of 22 guests can be seated around the table at any one time, but larger groups can be accommodated by dividing an event day into several lifting sessions, enable more than 350 people to access this exceptional platform.

Restrooms

The event organizer should ensure toilet facilities in the vicinity of the event’s venue. In just under a minute, Fly Dining can be lowered to the ground for quick and easy access to restrooms if provided. Breaks for this purpose can be planned during any Fly Dining.

Platform center work area

The table sessions operate with 4-5 client personnel in the platform center work area (e.g. chef, bar tender, entertainer, speaker, waiter, security etc).

Cooling

Organizer can offer extra options to set up a non-transparent roof to give shadow and/or to install AC-Fans or Misting Fans (to be pre-arranged at the event’s location, and a 60 meter long power cable, as well as a switch box that can hold 8 x 220 V 16 amp to power up the cooling system to be available)

Heating

Organizer can offer infra-red heating system as an extra option (to be pre-arranged with 63 amp access at the event’s location, and a 60 meter long 63 amp power cable, as well as a switch box that can hold 8 x 220 V 16 amp to power up the heating system to be available).

Minimum age

Fly Dining is not age related but height related since we need to be able to secure everyone safely in their seats. Minimum height is therefore 135 cm.

Safety

Fly Dining is designed according German norm DIN 4112, flying structures – guidelines for the calculation and execution, with all drawings, calculations and simulations tested by TUV Rheinland. Platforms are built by the best team of engineers at Fly Dining. From the seat belts to the type of crane used, has been scrutinized and carefully considered to ensure maximum safety for the clients and employees. While seated guests wear safety belts, standing presenter and crew are secured by safety harnesses all the time during the flight. A safety supervisor will brief clients about all safety regulations prior to the flight and will be in constant communication with crane operator and ground crew so that he has a complete picture of the situation during the operation.The organizing company gives painstaking attention to every detail in order to maximize security and ensure guests always feel safe.
